of Booking
By tapping the "Book Now" button, I agree to:

Making full payment to ensure the booking is secured.

A full refund if I give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
​
A full refund if The Curious Play Cafe has to cancel my booking for any reason.
That the session time is for 1.5 hours, and I will leave promptly at the end of my session.
​
No alcohol, illegal drugs or weapons will be bought onto the premises.
​
That The Curious Play Cafe reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee appearing to be under the influence.
​
I am welcome to bring food for babies under 6 months onto the premises, but I will be responsible for managing allergies carefully. All other food must be purchased at the cafe.

That I as the booking adult agree that attendee health and safety is my responsibility, this includes allergies and medication, and risk analysis of play equipment.
​
That The Curious Play Cafe reserves the right to charge "cost price" for any intentional damage or damage that occurs from misuse of play equipment during the session time - this excludes general wear and tear.

That I understand, whilst well-supervised "sensible siblings" are welcome to celebrate, The Curious Play Cafes play equipment is designed and intended for 0-5s, and therefore some equipment may not be suitable.

Terms & Conditions
of Hire
By checking the "I accept the terms and conditions" box, I agree to:

Making full payment to ensure the date & time is secured.
​
A full refund if I give at least 7 days notice of cancellation, or a 50% refund for up to 48 hours notice. I will receive no refund if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before.
A full refund if The Curious Play Cafe has to cancel my party for any reason.
That hire time is for 2 hours - this allows 15 minutes before your party starts to set up and 15 minutes after the party finishes to clear away.

That I will ensure all attendees have left the premises by the hire end time.
​

That The Curious Play Cafe reserves the right to refuse entry to any party guest appearing to be under the influence.

I am welcome to bring my own food onto the premises, but I will be responsible for managing allergies carefully.
